My reinforcing steel that is <br />damaged is to be repaired at no cost to the Indian River County. <br />3.Sondblast the exposed concrete surfaces and any reinforcing <br />steel to remove all bond -inhibiting materials. <br />4.Provide an aggregate -fracture surface with a minimum <br />surface profile amplitude of %s" by use of scrabbler or <br />other appropriate means os necessary. <br />5.Apply an approved epoxy coating to all existing reinforcing steel. <br />(Cost to be included in the unit price for restoring spoiled areas). <br />6.
