Exhibit "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Being a Parcel of land lying in Tract 12, Section 21, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the <br />Last General Plat of Lands of Indian River Farms Company, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public <br />Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. Said Parcel <br />also being a portion of those lands as described in Official Record Book 755, Page 1611, Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida, said Parcel being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of those lands as described in Official Record Book 755, Page <br />1611; Thence Easterly along the North line of said lands, a distance of 25.00 feet to the Point of Beginning <br />of the following described Parcel; Thence continue Easterly along said North line a distance of 9.23 feet; <br />Thence departing said North line, run Southwesterly a distance of 119.67 feet to a point in the East line <br />of the Murphy Reservation Release No. 876, as recorded in Deed Book 59, Page 330, of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; said point being 119.62 feet South of, and 25 feet East of the <br />Northwest corner of said lands as described in Official Record Book 755, Page 1611, of said Public <br />Records; Thence North along said Murphy Reservation Line No. 876 (said line being 50 feet East of and <br />Parallel with, as measured at right angles to, the West line of said Section 21, Township 32 South, Range <br />39 East, a distance of 119.62 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />File No.: 49084651 <br />LTF <br />
