March 1, 2019. The information and documents contained in this addendum <br />are hereby incorporated in the invitation to bid. This addendum must be acknowledged where indicated <br />on the bid form, or the bid will be declared non-responsive. <br />Attachment: <br />Sample Lift Details <br />Questions and Answers <br />Per Article 12.01 can the subcontractor list be submitted within 5 days of bid opening <br />1' rather than at the time of bid submission? <br />No. Section 00458 — Schedule of Subcontractors must be completed and submitted with your bid. <br />2. Is the contractor or the Owner responsible for removing and/or (re)installing FF&E? <br />Contractor is responsible. <br />3. Is the Contractor responsible for storage of the items to be salvaged that are to be <br />removed per Note E on sheet D2.01 -D2.03? <br />Storage area will be provided to the Contractor. <br />4. Is a list of the existing items to be salvaged available? <br />Not at this time. Salvaged items from the second floor include file cabinets, printers, record books <br />and microfilm machines. <br />Sheet A2.03 shows a much different sized work area than sheet AF2.03. Please confirm <br />5' the extent of the finishes to be replaced in the area shown on sheet AF2.03. <br />Please refer to sheet A2.03. <br />
