PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />5.A. 19-0037 Presentation of Proclamation Designating April 7 Through April 13, 2019 as Crime <br />Victims' Rights Week <br />Recommended Action: Read and Presented. <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Commissioner Flescher read and presented the Proclamation to members of the <br />Indian River Victims' Rights Coalition.
