This is <br />accomplished through the development of detailed <br />tasks, time management practices, project staff <br />meetings with assigned personnel, and regular <br />communication with the client project manager. <br />To ensure that the study stays on schedule, the <br />Tindale Oliver Team conducts weekly internal <br />project meetings to communicate on the progress <br />Project Criteria <br />Assumptions <br />Project Protocols <br />Detailed Review <br />Data Input/Output <br />Editorial Review <br />Technical Review <br />of this project to ensure that we continue to meet <br />the project schedule. <br />In terms of communicating with the County staff, in <br />addition to the periodic meetings outlined under <br />the Scope of Services, the Tindale Oliver Team will <br />be in contact with the County staff on a regular <br />basis through phone conferences regarding any <br />questions about the data, progress of the study, <br />and other related issues.
