THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY AND FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF VERO BEACH, INC. FOR <br />SHARED PARKING <br />THIS THIRD AMENDMENT is entered into as of the day of , 2019, by <br />and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("County"), and First <br />Baptist Church of Vero Beach, Inc. ("Church"). <br />WHEREAS, County and Church entered into that certain agreement for shared parking, dated April <br />11, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, County and Church entered into an amendment to the aforesaid agreement, dated May 4, <br />1999, which extended the term of the agreement to April 11, 2009 (the agreement and amendment <br />collectively shall be referred to as the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, County and Church entered into a Second Amendment to the Agreement, dated <br />September 14, 2010, extending the term of the Agreement to April 11, 2019. <br />WHEREAS, County and Church now desire to enter into this Third Amendment to the Agreement, <br />which will extend the term of the Agreement to April 11, 2029. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual undertakings herein, and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the County and Church agree, as follows: <br />1. Recitals. The above recitals are true and correct, and are incorporated herein. <br />2. Extended Term. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended to April 11, 2029. <br />3. Remaining Provisions.
