3120190032419 <br />RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 036, BK: 3211 PG: 1475 Page 1 of 2 5/31/2019 4:12 PM <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 73, CRYSTAL FALLS OF VERO <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a maintenance easement on Lot 73 of Crystal <br />Falls of Vero Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, Bruce Scully and Sylvia Rose, the owners of the lot, have made application to Indian <br />River County requesting that the County release a portion of the easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement. portion: <br />the east two (2) feet of the west ten (10) foot maintenance easement, less and except any portion of the north <br />seven and one-half (7.5) foot drainage easement, of Lot 73, Crystal Falls of Vero, according to the plat thereof, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 95 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner 0' Bryan seconded by <br />Commissioner Zorc , and adopted on the 21 day of May 92019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice -Chairman Susan Adams AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
