RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 040 <br /> (Appendix "A") and directs the attorney's office to transfer the three (3) lots indicated on <br /> the list to Every Dream Has a Price, Inc. with deed restrictions, and directs purchasing <br /> division staff to sell the remaining properties and contribute the sale proceeds to the <br /> county's affordable housing (SHIP) trust fund for the provision of affordable housing <br /> through the county's existing established affordable housing program. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Peter o'Bryan , and <br /> seconded by Commissioner Joseph Flescher. , and being put to a vote, the vote was <br /> as follows: <br /> Bob Solari, Chairman AYE <br /> Susan Adams, Vice Chairman AYE <br /> Tim Zorc, Commissioner AYE <br /> Peter O'Bryan, Commissioner AYE <br /> Joseph E.
