FLA <br />0� A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ACCEPTING A DEED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR 61ST <br />STREET WEST OF KING'S HIGHWAY. <br />WHEREAS, 61st Street west of King's Highway is an existing <br />30 -foot right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, County Land Development Regulations establish a <br />60 -foot road width as a minimum local road standard; and <br />WHEREAS, Mordechai Boaziz, as Trustee and Individually, has <br />executed a Quit -Claim Deed dated December 27, 1993 for the purpose of <br />conveying an additional 30 feet of right-of-way to Indian River County, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Quit -Claim <br />Deed dated December 27, 1993 executed by Mordechai Boaziz, as Trustee and <br />Individually, to Indian River County for the following described property: <br />The North 30 feet of the South 60 feet of the South 20 <br />acres of Tract 16, Section 8, Township 32 South, Range <br />39 East of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision <br />as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of <br />St. Lucie County, Florida. Said land now lying and <br />being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />is hereby accepted. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird and seconded by Commissioner <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W. Tippin <br />Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
