Additional methods of dispensing information <br />concerning the IRCLHAProgram may be utilized in <br />promoting public awareness and participation in the <br />IRCLHAProgram. Such methods may include, but shall <br />not be limited to, conducting seminars on the <br />program for representatives of local organizations <br />and the general public and the provision of public <br />service announcements. <br />cam. Funding for advertisements and notices to promote <br />public awareness of the IRCLHAProgram shall be <br />provided from the Indian River County Local Housing <br />Assistance Trust Fund (IRCLHATF) as a part of the <br />IRCLHAProgram's general administration and <br />implementation activities. <br />2. Housing Unit Occupancy <br />All assistance provided through the IRCLHAProgram and the <br />Indian River County Local Housing Assistance Trust Fund <br />(IRCLHATF) shall be provided consistent with the following <br />requirements: <br />a. One hundred percent (1008) of all housing units <br />receiving assistance shall be occupied by <br />households which are classified as very low-, low - <br />or moderate -income households at the time of <br />initial occupancy of the assisted housing unit. <br />However, the income of eligible persons, following <br />initial occupancy of the assisted housing unit, may <br />increase and exceed the limits established for very <br />low-, low- or moderate -income households as <br />follower <br />
