Rehabilitation Loan Assistance Strategy described in Item <br />N5, the impact fee costs to connect the existing unit <br />will be included in the amount of the rehabilitation loan <br />award, with a separate impact fee qrant provided only if <br />the complete rehabilitation and impact fee <br />cost will exceed the $10,000.00 Rehabilitation Loan <br />limit. It is anticipated that the number of Impact Fee <br />Grants for existing homes for which do not require <br />rehabilitation or repair will not exceed one (1) housing <br />unit per year. The expenditure of funds for Impact Fee <br />Grants for existing homes not requiring rehabilitation or <br />repair shall be classified as a homeownership activity <br />expenditure, and not be classified as a construction or <br />rehabilitation activity expenditure, as noted in Section <br />III.C. of this Plan. <br />b. Eligibility <br />I. Geographic Area <br />Impact fee grants may be made for eligible <br />housing units located anywhere in the County, <br />including all municipalities located within <br />the County. <br />ii. Housing Unit Classification <br />All hous ng units shall be owner -occupied <br />residences. <br />Mobile homes are not eligible. <br />iii. Applicant Classification <br />(a) Impact fee grants may be awarded for eligible <br />housing to be provided by the following eligible <br />sponsors: <br />1. Non-profit Organizations <br />2. Very Low -Income Eligible Persons <br />(b) Impact fee grants shall result in eligible <br />housing for the following eligible <br />persons: <br />1. Very Low -Income Persons <br />16 <br />
