Section 2: We shall redouble our efforts to inform and work <br />with members of our Congressional delegation to educate them about the <br />impact of federal mandates and actions necessary to reduce their burden on <br />our citizens; <br />Section 3: We shall urge our citizens to support Congressional <br />action that will bring about an end to federal unfunded mandates. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams and <br />seconded by Commissioner Eggert and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman John W.
