c i� fa -• i'1 _ <br />i�4 kF V <br />{ y <br />�lhb <br />` } Time and Place (Second Reso.) 1/5/94(ENG)RES2.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 5 3 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br />i <br />PROPERTY ON 63RD AVENUE BETWEEN 4TH STREET AND <br />8TH STREET IN PINETREE PARK SUBDIVISION AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br />PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO <br />THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE <br />SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br />BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br />of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the <br />area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements be made to said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to <br />be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of <br />County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties to <br />be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making paving and <br />drainage improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment <br />therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />The County Commission shall meet at the County Commission chambers in the <br />County Administration Building at the hour of 9:05 A.M. on Tuesday. May 24. 1994, <br />at which time the owners of the properties to be assessed and any other interested <br />persons may appear before said Commission and be heard in regard to said property. <br />The area to be improved and <br />1 <br />
