RESOLUTION NO. 94-64 <br />a. Develop short-range and long-range plane for better use of <br />existing and future facilities and programs, and to study acquisition of <br />additional lands; <br />C. Help promote and develop cooperation and coordination among the <br />County government, municipal governments, and the Indian River County School <br />Board; <br />D. Conduct public hearings to generate citizens ideas and interest <br />in recreation; <br />E. Help develop a master plan for county -wide recreation; <br />F. Develop a plan for allocation for funding among the various <br />municipalities and the County and provide alternative plana for funding as <br />appropriate; <br />G. Review the present use of School Board properties and recommend <br />areas of improvement and methods to increase use; and <br />H. Encourage those organizations and governmental entities which <br />have historically helped themselves. <br />Section 4. Repeal of Conflicting Resolutions: All Resolutions in <br />conflict with this resolution, and, particularly, Resolution No. 81-19, are <br />hereby repealed. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Macht , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
