Pnblio Rearing (Third Reso.) 6/t/y4�e ovayu;vK/uu <br />5 P � <br />M i <br />c vRECJEFF ORD VERIFIED <br />CLERK <br />RCIRC611T BARTON <br />COURT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 80 INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH SEWER SERVICE <br />TO S.R. 60 AND 90TN AVENUE, AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />has, by Resolution No. 94-71, adopted May 24, 1994, determined to make <br />special assessments against certain properties to be serviced by sewers <br />of the County to S.R. 60 and 90th Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be <br />paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by Section <br />206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />passed Resolution No. 94-72, on May 24, 1994, which set a time and place <br />for a public hearing at which the owners of the properties to be <br />1 <br />assessed and other interested persons would have the chance to be heard <br />4� as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br />V assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, <br />f <br />t <br />i Indian River County Code; and <br />j <br />is WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was <br />t <br />j published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Saturday, May 28, 1994, and <br />Saturday, June 4, 1994 (twice one week apart; the last being at least <br />one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section 206.06, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />i <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten <br />days prior to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />on Tuesday, June 14, 1994, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing <br />with regard to the special assessments, <br />1 VL <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />1040 25th Stroof <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />
