i <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 96 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-23, WHICH ESTABLISH- <br />ED THE COUNCIL OF LOCAL PUBLIC OFFICIALS, BY <br />ADDING A MEMBER TO THE COUNCIL. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Local Public Officials and the Board of County <br />Commissioners unanimously voted to include a member of the Indian River <br />County Mosquito Control District in the Council; <br />NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The membership of the Council of Local Public Officials is increased to <br />include a member from the Indian River County Mosquito Control District. <br />2. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to <br />execute the attached amendment to the Interlocal Agreement creating the <br />Council of Local Public Officials. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B.
