r+� s .A/95JN4< <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the <br />director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the traffic <br />control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, Indian <br />River County Code); and <br />WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the <br />Board of county Commissioners for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as <br />Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that: <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves <br />the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this <br />resolution. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B.
