,�- :�� ana rua� (�ecwna xeeo.I <br />t <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 111 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED <br />GENERALLY IN VARIOUS SUBDIVISIONS OFF OSLO <br />ROAD AND 27TH AVENUE, AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br />HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABIL- <br />ITY OF CONSTRUCTING PHASE V OF THE WATER <br />MAIN EXTENSION GROWTH PLAN, AS TO THE <br />COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAY- <br />MENT THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT <br />THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST <br />EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution No. 94- 110 , determined that it is <br />necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and <br />particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within <br />the area described hereafter, that a waterline be installed in <br />approximately 1073 properties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially <br />assessed with respect thereto shall be $0.152621 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an <br />assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at <br />which the owners of the properties to be assessed or any other persons <br />interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of <br />constructing such water main extension, as to the cost thereof, as to <br />the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be <br />assessed against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1.
