Ten sets of complete Conceptual, Preliminary or Final PD (final plat plans must be signed and sealed by <br />surveyor). Plans as per Chapter 915, pursuant to the type of approval being requested. <br />Any requirements of the zoning or subdivision ordinance which the applicant is requesting to be waived <br />(such as minimum lot width and size, street frontage requirements, setbacks, etc.), shall be clearly <br />indicated by section and paragraph numbers, together with the rationale for the waiver request(s), on an <br />attached sheet. <br />2 Aerials for conceptual or preliminary PDs <br />Itemized response to pre -application for conceptual or concurrent applications <br />2 sealed surveys <br />3 sets of floor plans and elevation for commercial or multi -family buildings <br />Written Statement and Photograph of Posted Sign <br />r Final Plat's only. <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPLETE - BUILT OUT: <br />(A) Certificate of Completion from Public Works or copy of letter to Public Works and Utilities <br />requiring inspection of improvements <br />IF IMPROVEMENTS ARE DEDICATED TO THE PUBLIC: <br />(B) Original Engineer's Certified Cost for Improvements (Signed and Sealed) OR <br />CONSTRUCTION INCOMPLETE - BONDING OUT: <br />(A) Original Engineer's Certified Cost Estimate for Improvements (Signed and Sealed) <br />COPIES OF DOCUMENTS TO BE RECORDED WITH THE FINAL PLAT: <br />a.
