disclosure must include a statement of the action taken, or contemplated, and any assistance <br />needed to resolve the situation. <br />9.5 The county's Board of County Commission chairperson shall be notified when overdue Quarterly <br />Reports or Final Budget/Expenditure Reports are not received before the next E911 Board <br />meeting following the month after the end of the quarter in which they are due. <br />9.6 Funding continuance will be based on timely submission of Quarterly Reports. <br />9.7 Final document submission and closeout of a grant does not affect the E911 Board's right to <br />disallow costs and recover funds based on an audit or financial review.
