That table lists the roadways predicted to exceed <br />capacity under this scenario. These over capacity roadways are links expected to have a v/c ratio <br />over 1 by 20302040. Generally, roads shown to experience more traffic than their acceptable <br />capacity in 2030 2040 are in four areas of the county. These areas include the north county area <br />near Sebastian; the State Road 60 corridor; I-95; and the Indian River Blvd/south Indian River <br />County area. <br />Based on these results, a Needs Plan was developed for the county road network. The Needs <br />Plan lists the road improvements that will need to be in place in order to accommodate future <br />demand for road facilities.
