BASTON <br />COURT <br />CLERK CIRCUIT <br />RIVER CO., FIA. <br />INDIAN <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-�6 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH PHASE V OF THE WATER MAIN <br />pp <br />EXTENSION GROWTH PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR <br />tT <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF <br />C3 <br />RECORD. <br />Or► <br />C <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />CD <br />County has, by Resolution No. 94-110, adopted September 13, 1994, <br />determined to make special assessments against certain properties to be <br />serviced by Phase V of the Water Main Extension Growth Plan of the <br />County; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said <br />0 <br />~ <br />special assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are <br />o <br />to be paid; and <br />o <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press <br />W <br />Journal, as required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 94-111 on September 13, 1994, which set <br />a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners of the <br />properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the <br />chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br />said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by <br />Section 206.07, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was <br />published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, September 16, <br />1994, and Friday, September 23, 1994 (twice one week apart; the last <br />being at least one week prior to the hearing) , as required by Section <br />206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least <br />ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian <br />0 <br />ro <br />-- <br />River County Code; and <br />O <br />r-%) <br />G� <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />G <br />County on Tuesday, October 4, 1994, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public <br />0 <br />ca <br />hearing with regard to the special assessments, <br />W <br />co <br />This document wao pm.,par^zl by <br />V the Cc= °y /+nor;asy'i3 <br />ai., V ^re B3 az', <br />IHiorida 32960 <br />
