e <br />No. 94-13 5 <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated usage of the proposed <br />improvements, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these improvement, to wit: <br />The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 31 South, <br />Range 38 East, AND The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 of Section 28, Township 31 South, Range 38 East, all lying in Indian <br />River County, Florida. LESS that part lying within the right-of-way of <br />Fellsmere Road (CR512) <br />a/k/a <br />Pine Lake Estates, Unit 1, Unrecorded Subdivision Lots I thru 29, Block A; <br />Lots I thru 29, Block B; Lots 1 thru 29, Block C; Lots 1 thru 35, Block D; <br />Lots 1 thru 18, Block E; Lots 1 thru 12, Block F; Lots 1 thru 12, Block G; <br />Lots 1 thru 24, Block H; <br />and <br />Pine Lake Estates, Unit 1, O.R. BK 123, 139 & 141, Lots I thru 5 INC, <br />Block J & INC Lots Marked Park Area Block J & Lot Marked Pine Lake, <br />Block J <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for surveying improvements to Pine Lake Estates <br />Unrecorded Subdivision; heretofore designated as Public Works Project No. 9415 is hereby <br />approved subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of Chapter 206, et seq. <br />Indian River County Code. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Eggert <br />who moved its adoption.
