Adams <br />Aye <br />t <br />�l <br />Aye <br />RESOLUTION NO. 136 <br />t <br />2. <br />All persons interested in the construction of said improvements and the special <br />assessments against the properties specially benefited may review the assessment plat <br />showing the area to be assessed, the assessment roll, the plans and specifications for <br />said improvements, and an estimate of the cost thereof at the office of the Clerk to the <br />Board any week day from 8:30 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. <br />- 3. <br />Notice of the time and place of this public hearing shall be given by the Department <br />of Public Works by two publications in the Vero Beach Press Journal Newspaper a <br />week apart. The last publication shall be at least one week prior to the date of the <br />hearing.
