E <br />ll. Binding Effect. Thia Agreement shall be binding on the <br />parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns. <br />12 Entirety of Agreement/Amendment. This Agreement <br />,constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. This Agreement <br />may be modified or amended only by a separate writing signed by the <br />parties hereto. <br />13. Effective Date of Agreement.
