s 10/90/B'(ram /rsu,pro,a.dou)Oav <br />y s � <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 140 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF <br />REAL PROPERTY. <br />WHEREAS, the County and Timber Ridge both own 3.582 acres in <br />close proximity to each other; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and Timber Ridge are desirous of <br />exchanging said parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 125.37. F.S., empowers the County to make <br />such exchanges, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that: <br />1. The Chairman is authorized to sign all necessary papers to <br />effect the exchange of the following properties: <br />3.582 acres of County land located within the property <br />boundary of the Oslo Landfill West of Lateral "J" canal for <br />3.582 acres of land owned by Timber Ridge located West of <br />8th Avenue, S.W., South of the Oslo Landfill and East of <br />Lateral "J" canal. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Eggert and the motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B.
