Section 2 - Ratification. <br />Confirm that in all respects the terms and conditions of <br />membership adopted by resolution of all members are hereby ratified <br />and confirmed except as modified herein to admit the above - <br />referenced new members. <br />Section 3 - Effective Date. <br />This Resolution shall become effective upon final passage by <br />all of the municipalities and counties set forth herein. <br />
