RESOLUTION NO. 94- 152 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ENACTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES TO BE <br />COLLECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT IN REVIEWING <br />EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANS FOR NURSING <br />HOMES. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 93-211, Laws of Florida, requires certain health <br />care providers to prepare and update a Facility Management Plan and to <br />submit such plan to the County emergency management agency for review <br />and approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the law also allows the County to charge a fee for this <br />review and requires that the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) <br />establish a schedule of fees that may be charged; and <br />WHEREAS, the DCA has adopted such a schedule of fees in Section <br />9G-20.003, F.A.C., which is effective December 5, 1994; and <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable that the County enact this schedule of fees <br />consistent with the DCA rule; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the attached <br />Exhibit "A," which is a schedule of fees for review of nursing home <br />emergency plans, is hereby adopted. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Bird , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
