<br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated usage of the proposed
<br />improvements, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that the following described
<br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these improvement, to wit:
<br />Lots 16 & 17, Block A, B, C, D, E, F, Unit L, Vero Lake Estates
<br />Subdivision;
<br />Lots 1 & 32, Block D, E, F, G, Unit M, Vero Lake Estates Subdivision;
<br />Lots 8 & 9, Block C, F, G, J, K, N, O, Unit F, Vero Lake Estates
<br />Subdivision;
<br />Lots 1 & 16, Block A, D, E, H, 19 L, M, P, Unit G, Vero Lake Estates
<br />Subdivision;
<br />Lots 1 & 16, Block 24, Unit 5A, Vero Lake Estates Subdivision;
<br />Lots 1 & 16, Block A, D, E, H, Unit 5G, Vero Lake Estates Subdivision;
<br />Tract A, Block 22, Unit 4, Vero Lake Estates Subdivision;
<br />Lot 12, Block 22, Unit 4, Vero Lake Estates Subdivision;
<br />Lots 8 & 9, Block 21, 20, Unit 4, Vero Lake Estates Subdivision;
<br />East 625 FT of N 1288.8 FT of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4, Except W 330 FT of
<br />S 670 FT thereof.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
<br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
<br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety.
<br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improvements to 79th
<br />Street between 101 st Avenue and 91 st Avenue in Vero Lake Estates Subdivision; heretofore
<br />designated as Public Works Project No. 9313 is hereby approved subject to the terms
<br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Chapter 206, et seq. Indian River County
<br />Code.
