ME <br />RES. N0. 94-152 <br />Finance Agency's constants; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Comissioness of Indian River County, Florida THAT: <br />Section 1. <br />The above recitals are ratified in their entirety. <br />Section 2. <br />The attached revised Indian River County Affordable Housing <br />Incentive Plan is hereby approved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />Section 3. <br />The Board of County Commissioners directs staff to submit a <br />copy of the revised Indian River County Affordable Housing <br />Incentive Plan and a copy of the adoption resolution to the <br />Florida Housing Finance Agency by Certified Mail <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams , <br />and seconded by Commissioner Macht , and being put to a vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, John W.
