No.94- 164 <br />.' <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified <br />in their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 130th Avenue (Willow Street) from CR512 south <br />to the Berry Groves entrance; heretofore designated as Public <br />Works Project No. 9126 is hereby approved subject to the terms <br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Chapter 206, <br />et seq. Indian River County Code. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Adams who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Macht and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
