3120190038167 <br />RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 042 INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />BK: 3218 PG: 962 Page 1 of 2 6/27/2019 8:29 AM <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONDITIONALLY <br />RELEASING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN BLOCK C, VERO LAKE ESTATES UNIT H-4 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in rear yard drainage and utility easements on lots <br />in Block C of Vero Lake Estates Subdivision Unit H-4; and <br />WHEREAS, RO-ED CORP, the owner of the property, has made application to Indian River County <br />requesting that the County release the easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements, conditioned upon the described lots being <br />consolidated into one development parcel prior to this release becoming effective: <br />The east ten (10) feet of Lots 7-11, inclusive, the west ten (10) feet of Lots 2-6, inclusive, the south ten (10) feet of <br />Lots 1 and 13, and the south ten (10) feet of the east sixty seven (67) feet of Lot 12, Block C, Vero Lake Estates Unit <br />H-4, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 31, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by <br />Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 18 day of June , 2019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice -Chairman Susan Adams <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
