t a <br />Sy <br />} <br />j a ; <br />J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93- 2a <br />f <br />Nowe THERZFORE, BE IT REBOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COHNIBBIONERE <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follower <br />1.The special assessments shown on the attached assessment roll are <br />hereby confirmed and approved, and shall remain legal, valid, and <br />binding first liens against the properties assessed until paid in <br />full. <br />2. The County will record the special assessments and this resolution, <br />which describes the properties assessed and the amounts of the <br />special assessments, on the public records, which shall constitute <br />prima facie evidence of the validity of the special assessments. <br />f. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eq <br />9ert , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Tlpl)in , and, upon being <br />I; <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
