and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of constructing such <br />water main extension, as to the coot thereof, as to the manner of <br />payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against <br />each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The County Commission shall meet at the County Commission Chambers <br />in the County Administration Building at the hour of 9:05 a.m. on <br />Tuesday, March 2, 1993, at which time the owners of the properties <br />to be assessed and any other interested persons may appear before <br />said Commission and be heard in regard thereto. The area to be <br />improved and the properties to be specially benefited are more <br />particularly described upon the assessment plat and the assessment <br />roll with regard to the special assessments. <br />
