The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter. There being none, he closed the <br />public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 95-08 confirming the <br />assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 79th Street between <br />101st Avenue and 91st Avenue in Vero Lake <br />Estates Subdivision. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-08 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 79TH STREET BETWEEN <br />101ST AVENUE AND 91ST AVENUE IN VERO LAKE <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County adopted by Resolution No. 94-154, providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 79th Street between 101st <br />Avenue and 91st Avenue in Vero Lake Estates Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS,. said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the _resolution was published as required by <br />Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County passed Resolution No. 94-155 on December 6, 1994, which <br />set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br />of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br />would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br />as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br />Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />19 <br />January 10, 1995 NOK 94 pmq& 64 <br />
