CHAST AND STAFFED MANAGER OF ASSE NT PROJECTS BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES SUBJECT: WATER EXPANSION PLAN - PHASE IV RESOLUTION III - PUBLIC HEARING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. UW -93 -32 -DS BACKGROUND On December 6, 1994, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approved Resolutions 94-156 (Resolution I) and 94-157 (Resolution II), which contained the preliminary assessment roll and established the date of the public hearing for the subject project. Property owners have been notified of the public hearing by certified mail. Resolution 94-156 was published in the PRESS JOURNAL on December 13, 1994. (See attached agenda item and minutes for the above meeting.) ANALYSIS Design of the water distribution system is complete. Approval of the attached Resolution III will confirm and approve the preliminary assessment. Informational meetings were held for the property owners on December 19 and December 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers. The attached map displays the area to benefit from the assessment project.
