CHAST <br />AND STAFFED MANAGER OF ASSE NT PROJECTS <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: WATER EXPANSION PLAN - PHASE IV <br />RESOLUTION III - PUBLIC HEARING <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. UW -93 -32 -DS <br />BACKGROUND <br />On December 6, 1994, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolutions 94-156 (Resolution I) and 94-157 <br />(Resolution II), which contained the preliminary assessment roll and <br />established the date of the public hearing for the subject project. <br />Property owners have been notified of the public hearing by <br />certified mail. Resolution 94-156 was published in the PRESS <br />JOURNAL on December 13, 1994. (See attached agenda item and minutes <br />for the above meeting.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />Design of the water distribution system is complete. Approval of <br />the attached Resolution III will confirm and approve the preliminary <br />assessment. <br />Informational meetings were held for the property owners on December <br />19 and December 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers. <br />The attached map displays the area to benefit from the assessment <br />project.
