L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 11 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN OLD COURTHOUSE AD <br />HOC COMMITTEE. <br />WHEREAS, the old courthouse building no longer functions as a <br />courthouse; and <br />WHEREAS, the old courthouse building may well serve other <br />functions; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to look at the feasibility of various <br />other functions and uses of the old courthouse building, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />I. There is hereby created an "Old Courthouse Ad Hoe <br />Committee". <br />2. The purpose of said committee is to consider various options <br />for the utilization of the old courthouse building. <br />3. The committee shall be chaired by Commissioner Macht . <br />4. In addition to the Chairman, the committee shall be comprised <br />of at least six other members. <br />5. The Chairman of the committee shall appoint the additional <br />members subject to Commission approval. <br />6. The membership should include the following disciplines and <br />Interests: <br />a. Architectural <br />b. Historical <br />C. Educational <br />d. Recreation <br />e. Legislature <br />f. At large member <br />7. The committee shall meet on call of the Chairman. <br />8.
