COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that any and all <br />Hens for taxes, delinquent or current, against the property described in <br />O.R. Book 983, Page 478, which was recently acquired by Indian River <br />County for right of way purposes on 129th Street, are hereby cancelled, <br />pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Absent <br />Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
