Solid Waste Disposal District <br />15.B.1. 19-0371 <br />Recommended Action: <br />The Board of County Commissioners reconvened as the Board of <br />Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District. The minutes will be <br />approved at an upcoming Solid Waste Disposal District meeting. <br />CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 5 to Geosyntec for One Year of Groundwater <br />Monitoring/Reporting and Related Consulting Services at the Former South <br />Gifford Road Landfill <br />Staff recommends that the Solid Waste Disposal District Board approve and <br />authorize the Chairman to sign CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 5, which <br />authorizes Geosyntec to provide groundwater monitoring/ reporting and related <br />consulting services for the former Gifford Road Landfill in compliance with the <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection requirements for a period of <br />one year, not to exceed a fee of $79,033 <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Geosyntec CCNA-2018 WO No 5 <br />No discussion was held on this item. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Vice Chairman <br />Adams, to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />15.B.2. 19-0385 <br />Recommended Action: <br />CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 4 to Tetra Tech, Inc. for Professional Services <br />with the Landfill Gas Agreement <br />Solid Waste Disposal District staff recommends that its Board approve the <br />following: a) Approve CCNA-2018 Work Order No. 4 with Tetra Tech, Inc. in <br />the amount of $30,994 to provide professional services related to the Technical <br />Assistance with the Landfill Gas Agreement; and, b) Authorize the Chairman to <br />execute the same, as presented <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />CCNA-2018 Work Order No 4 - Tetra Tech <br />No discussion was held on this item. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Flescher, to approve staffs recommendation.
