HDD Expert shall be responsible to ensure the <br />contractor's means and methods comply with the HDD design, and to <br />address issues that may arise during construction of the HDD. <br />• Provision of access easement over John's Island private roadways for <br />maintenance of IRC -owned facilities. <br />
