PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />S.A. 19-0429 Presentation of Proclamation Recognizing Memorial Day, 2019 <br />Recommended Action: Read and present <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Commissioner O'Bryan read and presented the Proclamation to Jim Romanek, <br />Michelle Dale, and Marty Zickert of the Veterans Council of Indian River County. <br />Mr. Romanek spoke on the Memorial Day Ceremony to take place at the Memorial <br />Island Sanctuary in Vero Beach. Ms. Dale was recognized as the President of the <br />American Gold Star Mothers of Indian River County, and Commissioner O'Bryan <br />told of her recent appointment as the 2nd Vice President of the Florida Chapter of <br />American Gold Star Mothers. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
