ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-12, authorizing the Chairman of the <br />Board to execute an application for a Housing <br />Consulting Program to assist low income families as <br />administered by the DCA. <br />APPLICATION IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-12 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUN'T'Y, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING TILE <br />CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION <br />FORA HOUSING CONSUI,TTNG PROGRAM TO ASSIST LOW- <br />INCOME FAMILIES AS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE OF <br />FLORID•A'S DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has reviewed this proposal and has received the recom- <br />mendation from the Executive Director of the Indian River County <br />Housing Authority, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman <br />and the Clerk of•the Board of County Commissioners are authorized <br />to execute the attached Application to the State of Florida's <br />Department of Community Affairs for a Community Services Block <br />Grant Program (CSBG). <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Eggert <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as.follows: <br />Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman Aye <br />Fran 8. Adams, Vice Chairman Aye <br />Richard N.
