L� <br />Tuesday, January 17, 1995 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, January 17, <br />1995, at 9:00 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Fran <br />B. Adams, -Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and <br />John W. Tippin. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Barbara <br />Bonnah, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Bird led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EVIERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Macht requested the following additions to the <br />Agenda: <br />8-B Security at Courthouse <br />13-A-1 Discussion regarding Motor Voter registration. <br />13-A-2 Meeting in Jacksonville (Water Management District <br />Commission). <br />Chairman Macht advised that Mr. Frank Zorc has requested that <br />Item 9-B-2 be deferred. <br />Administrator Chandler requested the addition as Item 9-B-3, <br />the request for an extension on the FDOT plan on the northern <br />portion of Jungle Trail. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously made the <br />above changes in today's Agenda. <br />PROCLAMATION- FROG LEG FESTIVAL DAYS <br />Chairman Macht read aloud the following proclamation and <br />presented it to Fellsmere Mayor Robert Baker: <br />1 <br />January 17, 1995 <br />NOW UM ('+SCC 9i <br />
