DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Dylan Reingold - County Attorney <br />DATE: May 31, 2019 <br />RE: Public Notice of Public Hearing Scheduled for June 18, 2019 Concerning <br />Extension of Temporary Moratorium Regarding Biosolids <br />The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at <br />9:05 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider adoption of the following: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE TEMPORARY <br />MORATORIUM FOR AN ADDITIONAL 180 DAYS, OR UNTIL A COMPREHENSIVE <br />REVIEW OF THE IMPACT ON THE COUNTY'S ECOSYSTEM IS COMPLETED, <br />WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROHIBITING <br />LAND APPLICATION ACTIVITIES OF CLASS B BIOSOLIDS; PROVIDING FOR <br />ADDITIONAL STUDY AND POSSIBLE REGULATION OF CLASS B BIOSOLIDS <br />APPLICATION ACTIVITIES; PROVIDING FOR EXHAUSTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE <br />REMEDIES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING <br />PROVISIONS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />The public hearing will be held in the County Commission Chambers located on the first floor of <br />Building A of the County Administrative Complex, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />halm <br />78 <br />
