M. District Director of Transportation Operations: The FDOT Director of Construction, <br />Maintenance, Traffic Operations, Materials, and Safety. <br />N. District Final Estimates Manager: The administrative head of the FDOT District Final <br />Estimates Office. <br />O. District Professional Services Administrator: The Administrative Head of the FDOT Pro- <br />fessional Services Office. <br />P. District Secretary: The Chief Executive Officer in each of FDOT's eight (8) Districts. <br />Q. Districtwide Contract Compliance Specialist Consultant: The consultant hired under a <br />separate agreement with FDOT to ensure contractors on multiple contracts are in <br />compliance with the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration and USDOL. <br />R. Engineer of Record: The Engineer noted on the Construction plans as the responsible <br />person for the design and preparation of the plans. <br />S. Indian River Assistant Public Works Director: The deputy administrative head of Indian <br />River County's Public Works projects. <br />T. Indian River County Public Works Director: The administrative head of Indian River <br />County's Public Works. <br />U. Operations Engineer: The FDOT Engineer assigned to a particular County or area to <br />administer Construction and Maintenance Contracts for Indian River County. <br />V. Public Information Office: Indian River County's Public Works staff assigned to manage <br />the Public Information Program. <br />W. Resident Engineer: The FDOT Engineer assigned to a particular County or area to admin- <br />ister Construction Contracts for Indian River County. <br />5.0 ITEMS TO BE FURNISHED BY INDIAN RIVER COUNTY TO THE CONSULTANT: <br />A. Indian River County, on an as needed basis, will furnish the following Construction <br />Contract documents for each project. These documents may be provided in either paper or <br />electronic format. <br />1. Construction Plans, <br />2. Specification Package, <br />3. Copy of the Executed Construction Contract, and <br />4. Utility Agency's Approved Material List (if applicable). <br />B. Indian River County will provide connection to the County's electronic project <br />management system (eBuilder). Appropriate approvals must be received from Indian <br />River County prior to their use. <br />C. FDOT will furnish and support the software packages for SiteManager or MACs if required <br />by FDOT. <br />116 <br />
