Third Extension for Land Development Permit/Lindsey Lanes S/Ds <br />Phase H <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of January 16, 1995: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W. Cain, P <br />County Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Request for Third <br />Development Permit <br />of Lindsey Lanes Subdivision Phase H, Land <br />REFERENCE: SD -90-09-17 <br />DATE: January 16, 1995 — CONSENT AGENDA <br />Land Development Permit No. 102C was issued on February 9, 1991 to John F. Stolle to construct <br />Phase II of Lindsey Lanes Subdivision. Lindsey Lanes is located on the south side of 49th Street <br />with entrances at 47th Court and at 50th Drive. A certificate of completion for Phase I was issued <br />by the Public Works Department on June 26, 1991. Phase I has also been platted. Phase 11 consists <br />of 77 lots on 22.43 acres. Extensions are permissible in Section 913.06(5)(J) of the Subdivision and <br />Platting Ordinance. It is understood that the construction of the Phase II improvements will occur <br />prior to platting of Phase II and therefore no surety has been posted. <br />The three original conditions of the February 8, 1991 Land Development Permit approval would <br />also be applied to the extension. <br />Alternate No i <br />Grant an eighteen month extension of the land development permit effective on the date that all <br />necessary juridsictional agency permits for the project are shown to be valid. <br />Alternate No. 2 <br />Deny extension and require the developer to submit new applications and review fees for land <br />development, land clearing and tree removal permits. <br />Staff recommends approval of alternate No. 1. <br />JANUARY 24, 1995 8 <br />ma 94 Filw_ 139 <br />I <br />
