§ 304.04 <br />Section 304.44 13 Penalties <br />ORDINANCE 95-03 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CODE <br />A violation of any provision of this Ordinance shall <br />be deemed a misdemeanor and upon conviction the violator <br />shall be subject to a fine not to exceed Five Hundred <br />($500.00) Dollars and/or imprisonment in the County Jail for <br />not more than sixty. Keating, AICP/%il< <br />Community Development -Director <br />DATE: January 17, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: INTERIM SERVICES FEE ADVISORY <br />It is requested that the information <br />formal consideration by the Board of <br />regular meeting ofJanuary 24, 1995. <br />DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS: <br />presented herein be given <br />County Commissioners at its <br />Last year, the Board of County Commissioners established the <br />Interim Services Fee Advisory Committee and charged that committee <br />with assessing the feasibility of the county establishing an <br />interim services fee. Recently, that committee completed its work <br />and adopted its final report. <br />As indicated in the attached committee report, the committee <br />studied the interim services fee issue, assessed the costs and <br />benefits of adopting such a fee, and then unanimously agreed to <br />recommend that the Board of County Commissioners not impose an <br />interim service fee. In its final action, the committee <br />recommended that the Board disband the Interim Services Fee <br />Advisory Committee. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Interim Services Fee Advisory Committee recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners accept the final committee report, <br />decline to establish an interim services fee, and disband the <br />committee. <br />JANUARY 24, 1995 42 BOOK 94 FAQ;`:173 <br />
