BARTON <br />c <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />tai <br />Lj <br />i <br />REEOLUTION NO. 93-56 INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />S - <br />xti <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING <br />? «" <br />F{ <br />THE SPECIAL ASS ESSNiNTS IN CONNECTION WITH A NATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION TO PINEWOOD ESTATES (34TH AVENUE), AND <br />J <br />co <br />" <br />PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO EE MADE OF <br />.� p <br />' <br />RECORD. <br />tV <br />m o <br />- <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />has, by Resolution No. 93-31, adopted February 9, 1993, determined to <br />N <br />pp� <br />make special assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a <br />water main extension of the County to Pinewood Estates (34th Avenue) ; <br />, <br />and <br />=C ` <br />V <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be <br />_. <br />0 <br />paid; and <br />_ <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published on February 15, 1993, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />passed Resolution No. 93-32, on February 9, 1993, which set a time and <br />place for the owners of the properties to be assessed and other <br />interested persons to have the chance to be heard as to any and all <br />complaints as to said project and said special assessments; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was advertised for Tuesday, March 9, <br />1993, for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was <br />published in the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, February 12, 1993, <br />and Friday, February 19, 1993 (twice one week apart; the last being at <br />least one week prior to the hearing), as required by Section 206.06, <br />Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten <br />days prior to the first hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian <br />River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners were able to be heard twice with <br />respect to the referenced project; i.e., once at the Board of County <br />Commissioners' Tuesday, March 2, 1993, meeting and once again at the <br />advertised public hearing on Tuesday, March 9, 1993, <br />
