A -1-A, <br />Indian River Shores, FL 32963, TOWN, <br />W I T N E S 8 E T E: <br />That COUNTY, for and in consideration of the sum of $225,000 <br />to it in hand paid by TOWN, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,' <br />and the TOWN giving the COUNTY title to certain land in Gifford, <br />has granted, bargained, and sold to TOWN, its heirs and aseigns <br />forever, the following described land lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida: <br />WXNIBIT "A" ATTACHED MUTO AND NADN A PART NEREOF <br />This conveyance is made subject to the following RESTRICTION: <br />The County has the right -of -first refusal it the Town ever <br />decides to 8011 or otherwise dispose of the property <br />transferred by this Deed.
