The Series 1993 Bonds are issued as Additional Parity Bonds under the <br />Resolution hereinafter defined. No other bonds of the County have been issued <br />and are currently outstanding under the Resolution. The Series 1993 Bonds and any <br />Additional Parity Bonds hereafter issued under the Resolution are herein referred <br />to as the "Bonds". <br />The Series 1993 Bonds are issued pursuant to the Constitution and laws of <br />the State of Florida, particularly Chapter 125, Florida Statutes (1992), as <br />amended, and Resolution No. 93 -_,duly adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of the County (the "Board") on — , 1993, as the <br />
